Kindergarten Andy Warhol inspired flowers
The 2013 Elementary Art show will be held May 6 and the theme is "P(OP) Art."
Students in kindergarten learned about the artist, Andy Warhol, and the way he used bright colors to emphasize pop(ular) objects.
We focused on his flowers:
Students used the primary colors (RED, YELLOW, BLUE) to create their flowers, and added GREEN oil pastel to a black background.
