Kindergarteners and 1st graders read "Shiver Me Letters" about a crew searching for letters of the alphabet from a pirate ship. After talking about all of the details on a real pirate ship, we drew them with pencil and marker.

Marble Painted Flowers
A lesson I haven't done in ~5 years, I decided to do a little marble painting.
As fun as the kids had, and as well as the final projects turned out, it's a lot of mess and I'm not sure I'll do it again for another 5 years!

After we painted, we decided to cut them into pieces for spring flowers. They turned out amazing!
